When PP is launched the screen shows PP is being launched under windows Xp compatibility mode please uncheck
compatibility box because it might cause errors. However the compatibility box is not checked.
This issue was addressed with by a PP tech and worked for 2 days. Reg files were deleted. Now the problem has resurfaced.
What next.
Very frustrating. Was a big fan of Nuance but will be looking for new product to replace

tried uninstall and load all files onto external drive. This seems to work at least for now
Do not load any files onto c drive
