We are an IT company that sold and installed many copies of PP14 Pro for our customers. We have the same problems our customers report about PP 14 Pro. The installation environment is: All computers are virus-free and have cleaned and optimized registry’s before PP14 Pro is installed and all other programs work properly, both before PP14 Pro is installed and after. One frequent example of a crash is when renaming a file on the desktop, which is done with items that are being worked on, moved, refiled, etc. When a crash occurs, PaperPort 14 Pro goes pale, and closes. When it’s reopened, it works perfectly doing all jobs correctly without a problem, until it crashes inexplicably again, sometime later.
